Several mentors are on hand Friday mornings (10AM to Noon). Fee is $10.00 per session (as of 01/01/2024). Help is offered as first come, first served. More in depth help, requires taking a class on a subject or private tutoring.
The software clinic is geared for those who are having issues with software on Windows, MACs, phones and tablets. Examples include; software programs like Word, Excel, E-Mail, Windows 10, settings on your device, browser use, internet use, etc. There is no need to make an appointment, but you may. Call the HCC phone 352- 684-7171 and leave a message. Note: If you leave a message, say exactly what help you need, so you can be paired up with a mentor. When coming in for assistance, please bring your passwords, device and cell phone.
